Then you need to hire a solicitor, they start at around £120 an hour plus VAT.

Lawyers tend to be reluctant to give free legal advice, except for special cases on a pro bono basis for causes they really care about.
If a lawyer gives you advice, they are responsible for it. So if they accidentally give you bad advice, and you lose money, then you can sue them. Why would anyone give free advice on that basis?If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.0 -
How much did you pay for it back in 2014? Did you buy it new or second hand? What conditions was it in? I’d imagine a 3+ year old leather jacket if worn regularly would have at minimum a few scuffs by now even if we’ll looked after, if not looked after possibly worse.0
