It really is a massive weight of the shoulders, I can sleep better and not worry about baliffs knocking the door or several letters coming through the post. It really is a second chance and I’m not going to mess it up!

The CAB have been amazing. The process was so quick. I was expecting 12 weeks and I can honestly say it hasn’t even been that long. I had my consultation at their office then my paper work came through the post which I sent straight away, my phone consultation was delayed due to my work times by a few weeks but by the time I had my phone consultation all my credit reference had all come through. I paid my £90 fee confirmed all my draft application on Tuesday and was granted Thursday.

  • When you did this. Did you get the option to do the DRO on the first appointment or did you have to wait.....

    On my first appointment.

We discussed other options and they advised me this was my best option.
