    Hello, we have finally! moved so I would love to join if possible please.

    I've made my first overpayment today of £1553. I'm aiming for 15k by the end of the year hopefully.

    If no.86 is still free that would be great as it's one I won't forget lol.

    Edit: Just had some cashback become payable so have added that to overpayment making £1723

    We're still waiting to buy our house so I can finally start in earnest with the Mortgage OP's! 20 weeks and counting now from offer acceptance to now. Our side has been ready to exchange since december!! :mad::mad:

    Waiting is the worst isn't it! There was literally no chain on either side of ours which is why I couldn't believe it took so long (5 months). I hope you move soon, it's horrible having everything up in the air.

    I should be used to it tbh! My first flat I sold went from EA valuation to offer accepted in 6 days and then took 7 months to sell!!

    Thoroughly frustrating. On the bright side I have a money pot which is slowly filling with change that at last count was well over £100 so thats my OP pot.
