5. The payment was processed by https://www.2checkout.com. You need to create an account with them in order to disable auto-renew. At the top of their home page, select SUPPORT, then under FOR SHOPPERS select SHOPPER LOGIN. Under CREATE NEW ACCOUNT, enter your 8 digit order number in the ORDER NUMBER field. 2CO will send you instructions to the email address you gave on the Malwarebytes site (can be different to the .edu one that you used with Student Beans) to set up a password with 2CO. When you’ve created your account, login with your new details and go to the MY PRODUCTS tab and select the link to disable auto-renew.
