Headphones

Hi, We bought some Turtle Beach headphones at Christmas, by February the ear cup had cracked, contacted turtle beach who said they would replace them, so we sent them off, since then all we have had is a few emails saying they are waiting for more stock into Europe, There is no phone number for them, have written a postal letter to their UK office, still no reply. We have even asked for the original headphones to be returned but to no avail. I feel we have just wasted £200, has anyone got any ideas on how to either get the replacements we were promised or our original ones back.
