God knows and we're not allowed to ask, which only furthers the confusion/resentment that's going around at the mo. It feels like all you have to do is fart in the wrong direction to get a PPR lately.

I used to think that the reported danger of living near a substation was very unlikely, but in the last year, two men in their thirties, who lived all their lives next door and a few doors from one in our street, have died of brain tumours and another friend, also living near, has cancer, too.0 -
