    I Believe.....
That it isn't always enough, to be forgiven by others.
Sometimes, you have to learn to forgive yourself.

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery
Today is a gift. That's why it is called the present.

happiness isn't achieved by getting extra things,
but by getting rid of the things that make you unhappy

Got my mortgage promise and just submitted the application with HSBC this morning with my payslip (just got new one yest) and bank statement (just been updated this morning) so fingers crossed. I will be getting a phone call from them to book my appointment today between 12-5pm :D!

Waiting on purple bricks calling me about legal things and if I am being left white goods so I know whether I have to buy them or not and anything else being left. Contacting my solicitors to draft up a legal letter (I get discount - fingers crossed free as my mum is good friends with the senior partner in the solicitors) to send them to confirm all. So hopefully smooth sailing. Should be 4-6 weeks before move in all things going good....

My son is over the moon hes so excited to have two rooms but wants them painted gold.... or blue with gold circles.... will look up nice wall paper or painting light blue with a gold border :P

Payday is today and going to Ikea this weekend :D. Meant to be seeing that guy on Friday but tbh I dont really want to see him lol I will probs see him but I am just too happy with things going on my own life dont want to see anyone if that makes sense lol I am weird

5 week month and also gonna be spendy but that will be from my house savings :D xxx

Just got emails - linked the solicitors so they are now contacting my solicitor (I will phone him at 12 on lunch) confirming and then contact purple bricks as they have asked for my ID (can email them my passport pics). HSBC will be phoning soon with appointment so hopefully that will be in next day or so to be approved (fingers crossed).

All happening so quick I am overwhelmed xxx

Spoke to my solicitor last night. He is dealing with Purplebricks now and sent the formal offer on my behalf. He only needs proof of ID and my latest proof of address. I have this with me and can send today.

He also noted during my mortgage appointment that HSBC will need their contact details and to give them his email and telephone number :) and he will take it on from there. So fingers crossed tonight I will know if accepted or not (need some good news!)

VO is at £6.... kind of been on off with it since with this going on this week. Still working on that PA survey everyday as will get £50 by end of it, hopefully in time for Belfast :D

Payday is in 34 days since its 5 week month but I will be a recluse no doubt and my spending will be from savings mainly :P

Started packing things tonight aka cleared out my wardrobe and came to the conclusion I am a hoarder lol. This weekend will be stuck in and my sister and I are going to Ikea tomorrow :)

Will also go to B and M stock up on cleaning products etc xxx
