    First Anniversary Combo Breaker
Well let's just hope that NACAB are reading this and noting the shambles!
I'm a retired employment solicitor. Hopefully some of my comments might be useful, but they are only my opinion and not intended as legal advice.

    Thank you x

Bumping this up for a CAB representative.

I didnt want any 'you should be grateful you have a job' or opinions, I just wanted to speak to a CAB representative hence why I posted on this board rather than the other Jobs board.

Thanks to the other helpful people out there!

I know how you feel... I put up a post earlier regarding redundancy only to get someone make a comment in lines of why it financially doesnt make sense for me to take a lower paid position. I asked for specific advice from CAB, not for opinions on why I dont take a job/ask about benefits etc :(

I only get the lunchbreaks... No other breaks during the day.

By law your employer has to give you a 20 minute break if you work 6 hours or more, this must be somewhere in the middle of your shift so if you got a 20 min lunch break they would be within the law.

I personally would be made up to get an extra day off and have shorter breaks to make up for it.
    Be Alert..........Britain needs lerts.
