Ive just received an email to inform me that I can save more than £50 by swapping.....It gives these details

TariffEDF Energy Blue +Price Promise February 2015Costs£1667 AnnuallySaving You£13 annually

TariffSpark Energy Spark AdvanceCosts£1503 AnnuallySaving You£177 annually

Which is quite odd really as my present tarrif is only £1163 a year.....and my account verifies this........???
    Couponing....."every little hurts"

Half of the people can be part right all of the time, Some of the people can be all right part of the time.
But all the people can't be all right all the time. .........I think Abraham Lincoln said that.

Just received this, whilst last month I was on the cheapest.
Tariff Scottish Power Online Energy Saver 21 Costs £387 Annually Saving You £333 annually

Almost halving the cost, this seems too good to be true, have they got a bug in their software?

Looks like it to me. I just got an email saying "You asked us to tell you when you're paying too much on your energy bills - so here goes: "YOU'RE NOW PAYING TOO MUCH!"".

And when I log in it says "Hurrah! You could save £395 a year! Your last search found 8 cheaper tariffs that could save up to £395/year based on your calculated gas and electricity spend of £2,400".

But on doing the comparison it tells me "57 dual fuel tariffs found. We could not find any cheaper tariffs based on your calculated gas and electricity spend of £800.00 per year".

I'm glad to see I'm not the only one whose had the email saying there is a cheaper tariff - but when I've logged in - no such thing?

I tried to reply but got a failure message. Came on here to see what was happening?

Must be an error or glitch in the system?

I got a crazy email too.
It said I could save over £400 on a £900spend.
When i refreshed the comparison it said I could save £1!
    Who do you tell?
The email is a 'no reply' and their's no contact us on the comparison site.

    Me too.
I received this email saying I could save on my annual dual fuel spend of £2589 by up to £595.
Trouble is that my actual present spend in my Cheap Energy Account is £1344.
    So what's gone wrong?
