Did well at Mandalay Bay last night by accident. Tracy was playing 70 cents on a machine and asked me to keep it going while she went to the loo. I didn't touch the machine until she walked back, then I pressed the button. $324 win. I had Press on the max bet button by mistake.
Didn't realise you guys were there at the moment, so just reactivated my Facebook account to see what was going on... get some pics on there! :D:D

Well well well, checked into Platinum today and who is in the room next to us, non other than pebblesmax!
The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.

Dollar is looking better today guys!
Hopefully the sign of it going up and up, just in time for my Hols end of next month ! :D:D:D
I been watching Youtube videos of peeps winning big money on slots, so although I have a good few wins over the years on them (including that IronMan game which gave me $1k), my aim this year is to bag a jackpot (mini jackpot will do!), even if it means sitting on the same machine for hours!

I hope you will use common sense in regards this and setting yourself a budget and sticking to it! I know how tempting it is in regards gambiling and wanting to win big (or wanting a mini jackpot). When we went on our first trip to vegas in 2014(releative newbies we are) my parents were onto us to be responsable and not to gamble *that much* and to set ourself a budget.they were super worried that we d gamble everything within the first 5mins!

As for big wins i think our biggest on a machine was like $220 on the willy wonka machine, i think it was at the flamingo or a casino around there
    kind regards!!
  • Every year I go to Vegas absolutely convinced that this will be the year I get my first hand pay. Every year by mid trip I realise I am mistaken haha! Don't think I've ever had a single spin win of even $100. Last year Mr W-J won $188 on a 40c spin on a Fireball at Mirage, that's the best ever return on a spin either of us has ever had. I flipping love slots though - even though they're an absolute mug's game :)

Oh, I don't know. According to my MLife statement, last trip I came out over $6000 in profit on the slots, just from the MGM hotels! :D

And then the engine in my Audi blew up on the way back from the airport. The Lord giveth, and the Lord taketh away. :rotfl:

Now that's the kind of win/loss statement I would like! Think I'll skip the car trouble though ;)

I'm sure it won't be the same this trip. Vegas folklore seems to dictate that you have one good trip, one bad. Our first trip in 2014 was a bad one, with no wins bigger than about $200. Last trip was very good, so I'm expecting this one to be a shocker. :)
