Hotmail/Outlook - deleted all inbox emails in error

Foolishly I deleted all my inbox emails in error and cannot see how to restore them. This only happened about half a hour ago so I am hoping that they can be restored.


I went into the deleted folder but this contains only emails I did delete earlier and they can be restored. Of course, I don't want to do that.


Can anyone help please and advise in a non-tech way.
