Very quiet on here yesterday. Hope everyone is ok. Any more night-time visitors Shaggy?
Plans today include coffee and a catch up with a former colleague. Then housework. Won't be AF this evening but will endeavour to be controlled.

An easier one for me last night so 4/10 and 4 Homers please Shaggy. I don’t know why but day 3 often seems to be an obstacle for me.
Weekend plans are flexible but I’m planning another 4 days for the SNC next week Monday - Thursday.
I remember someone recently saying a while ago that they were feeling bad about 4 days AF. After only 2 for me last month I’m feeling pretty chuffed with myself about getting to 4. I am hoping to really build on last week now and get back into a much more sensible habit of not drinking as much.
To get my 150 days for 2018 is going to give me a maximum of 14 more drinking days this year. I would feel very impressed with myself if I can do that.
Happy Friday everyone!0 -
11/28 for me, please.

I noticed that I'd get drunk regularly on Day 3 after two days AF. I can pinpoint it exactly, it was 2007/8, years before I gave up. It seemed odd at the time that I could be fine not drinking at all for two consecutive nights but couldn't stop myself on the third. Never worked that one out.
14/30 please, Shaggy.Better is good enough.0 -

Thanks HoneyBear, interesting to know it’s not just me!0 -
Hi Guys
I've had a rubbish week. A friend brought around a bottle of wine Wednesday and I finished it off last night with a G & T.:( So I drank 4 nights in a row....
....But I'm still going to try for an AF weekend....
In other news, the builders are nearly gone.....just 3 things left to do....What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

Not so far but we're staying vigilant...neighbours are saying they have mice too. Also have an empty house being done up by builders on one side - so they could be running riot in there.....:oWhat do we do when we fall?
