OK , simple story , receiving benefits (whilst working so applied for united utilities discretionary grant


this continued when illness forced me to stop work


DWP allowed UU to take direct payment , but due to a change in benefit dates and monies I ended up with a list of default dates on my credit file.


I kicked off but DWP and UU just passed the buck between themselves so I started a formal complaint to UU .


they removed the defaults and shut my account , I also cancelled the discressionary payments , so I have no account with them


just had a clear score report , and they have reopened an account with them.




I DO NOT want an account with them!!!




how do I go about this !
