Just in case you hadn't spotted it, the URL for TSB Internet banking has changed. It is now:

    https://internetbanking.tsb.co.uk/

and not the old one at www . tsb . co . uk

If that isn't the problem, it may just be that you are one of the unlucky customers who are still suffering all these weeks later. My sympathies.

I know posters keep saying this... but IME when I use the old addy when I click on log in it automatically switches to the new.

And I just logged in without problems. Could these issues be related to browsers? I don't get probs (now) with Windows Edge or Chrome?

Totally agree with you Paul. Any money obtained by "just make up a story" cannot be classified as compensation. Stealing more like

If anyone has genuinely lost any money then not course they should be recompsensed and TSB will do that, but to take cash for something that hasn't happened is wrong

I've got him on my ignore list. Unfortunately, when people comment on his posts the become visible. Most of the people on these forums are helpful and constructive obviously this isn't true for everyone!
