Annual or single insurance 30 days USA

Hi I would welcome advise please.
We are going to stat with relatives in USA for 30 days and have been looking at insurance for myself and 21 year old daughter.
I have mild asthma so have added this when on comparison sites and have searched for Cover as a couple.
All prices are more expensive than I expected and surprised to see annual cover seems to be cheaper than single trip.

It is often more economical to get the annual cover cost wise. Have you priced up policies for each of you or just combined for you and your daughter? Worth playing around with separate or individual prices.
Don't just look at the headline price, it is always worth checking added extras. The main benefit I would look at for a US trip would be the total of the medical expenses.0
