Ah OK I forgot yours was a speculative claim direct from VCS.

Same advice applies and yes you could try that email addy. I would also post a copy and get a free certificate of posting and keep it in your file for later.

I’ve filed a copy of my DQ with the court, which is now showing on MCOL

I’ve also emailed and sent a copy of my DQ via post to VCS

If they file their DQ with the court, will that appear to me on MCOL?

Yes it should, and they must send you a copy too.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    Thank You.

I've had the DQ from the claimant. They want mediation. Good luck with that!

All that's showing in MCOL are my actions. So im guessing they havent bothered sending a copy to the court yet.

Ah OK, or maybe MCOL are behind in updating. Often they have weeks' backlog.

Anyway it's now a waiting game till it is allocated locally and you get your dates.

It took 11 days from emailing my DQ to it updating on MCOL, so its entirely possible, as you say, they are snowed under.

I will report back when it gets allocated to my CC. Thanks
  • May I ask if you paid for a ticket on your debit card and the letter you recieve from "Premier Park" states. The reason we issued a PCN to the vehicle is as follows : Whole period of parking not paid for.

And you wrote back supplying evidence of paying and the actual parking ticket issued from the pay and display, what grounds have they ?

I presented the parking ticket during the initial appeal process, but they rejected it. As its an unregulated industry, they will try it on no matter what the circumstances.
During my research for this I discovered the argument, no loss was made, is not good enough on its own.
Im currently waiting for my case to be allocated by my local court.

No loss is not good enough at all; unless argued very cleverly and distinguishing it from everything the Supreme Court (except for one wise Judge) swallowed whole in the Beavis case.

Ive finally had a date for the court hearing.
Im in the process of compiling my witness statement.

Outline of it will be that Im the registered keeper but was not the driver. My partner was the driver (do I name her at this stage?) who in error entered her cars registration number.

I have the parking ticket purchased for the date and time of the alleged offence.

Other legal arguments such as no contract was made, anpr camera misuse etc etc

    Any help greatly appreciated

Throughout here you are advised never to reveal who was driving

You need to edit your post to remove details of the driver

The ppcs monitor here and can use posts in your thread against you
