    Payday loans
Hi everyone just wanted some advice on claiming back off payday loans that have been paid out whilst on an IVA...worth it or not?

    Cheers.

    Multiple lenders
    Hi

I was basically relying on payday loans to live day to day. I eventually told m6 family who cleared them for me. Which I I guess was luck6 for me. This was around 6 years ago and I’m not sure how to find out who they were with and amounts.

Does anyone know how I would find this out?

    Thanks

Either your own records, memory, or credit files.

    Hi,

Just wondered if someone can help? I had payday loans from quick quid in 2009/2010 and paid a lot back. I have gone through resolver to make a claim as my affordability wasn’t checked and I couldn’t afford it which put me behind on lots of primary bills. The response has come back that they would like to see bank statements and wage slips from then. Maybe I am not the only one but I don’t have any of these now. Do they have to have this? Thanks you

    Thank you.

Am I best using resolver as I’m unsure your what to put in the email. I have suffered with my mental health for over 10years and ending up losing my home as a result as I was trying to cover the cost of these rather than my rent

They don't have to, but it obviously helps support your case if you can provide them.

Just started my process in the last couple weeks using Resolver. First thing to note, most of the lenders I am making a complaint to are replying saying they can only respond to the registered email address they hold on the account. Seems like delay tactics sadly. I will post updates.

Incorrect I’m afraid. Other lenders are fine with the Resolver Email address as the complaint includes all the relevant personal information.

    Unfortunately not.

Many lenders won't work with Resolver due to the inaccuracies and flaws in the system. There's no need for them to use an unreliable third part to forwards messages on.

How many lenders asked you to revert to your registered account Email address?

    None.

I go direct if I have a complaint, for the reasons I've already explained above.

Not sure which part of using Resolver you seem to think isn’t going direct to the lender.

All parts of it. You provide the data to Resolver, who then forward it to the lender. It's a middleman.

Except in the cases where they are using the incorrect contact details, in which cases they don't get to the lender at all.

It’s automated, free, instant and indicates when you can escalate the complaint. If complaining to a number of loan providers, it’s very helpful.

Anyway, point of the post, beware of the lenders delaying receiving your complaint. Some are obviously delaying the complaint process with red tape to slow down the reclaim.

    Good luck all.
