Cravendale daily comp

Hello, has anyone else won anything on the Cravendale daily comp? I just had the page come up saying I'd won a flying disc and an email came through which said to reply with your name and address for delivery, but then the email bounced back as undeliverable as I'm not on the approved sender list... Just wondering if there was a fault with the comp so everyone won ( yes it's been that long since I won something that I'm questioning a flying disc win...) Or if anyone had won and managed to reply to the email?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Hi D,
Thank you for confirming all your details for us!
We were experiencing issues with the email yesterday morning, which we fixed, however it looks like the old email is cacheing.
I will pass this all on to our digital team who can make sure things are running smoothly.
Best regardsStill cracking on....

T&CsPrizes will be delivered within 28 days of the winner claiming its prize via Royal Mail with one attempt at delivery. If delivery is not possible it will be up to the winner to collect the prize from the Royal Mail sorting office at which Royal Mail chooses to deposit the prize0 -

Has anyone received their prizes yet? I won on 6th Sept and replied immediately with my details and received an email saying I would receive my prize within 28 days.
I have just replied to the email to advise I have not received anything yet and the email has bounced back "message blocked"The best things in life are free.....0 -
I won on the 18/08 and replied to the email straight away. I contacted Arla explaining I had won but hadn't received the prize. Had a reply asking for a copy of the winning email. That was the last I heard so will chase again. The address I emailed is hello@arlafoods.com.0

I potentially won a bag, not worth spending any of my time chasing it up so it stands a chance of being my first prize ever not to turn up (slightly annoying as Cravendale is my milk of choice).0

...if it's any consolation, the 'flying disc' I received went straight in the bin. It was one of those 'twistable fold up' things (packed in a 3inch square bag) that opened out to an 8inch disc that did not really fly at all. Probably my most disappointing 'prize' in 6 years comping !
(I wondered why they even bothered to send them out - sorry Cravendale!)
But perhaps the other prizes were better...0 -
I have just noticed this thread. If if helps, my correspondence with Arla regarding my prize was with ELLIE.VAN.DER.WERFF@ARLAFOODS.COM this was after contacting with the online form. Ellie is the Social Media Specialist for Arla foods. I hope this information helps someone.0
