+ 2lbs since last week. Started to do some weight training again, two short walks, preparing the garden plants for winter and a lot of indoor biking were done. Waiting for some spare parts as the outdoor bike needs repairing again. Diet more or less the same as the week before.

Hello all,
Thanks for your message last week fredsnail. The "weight training" is home based and is to strengthen my upper body. (Bicycling has already shaped my legs well). Thanks, the spare bicycle parts arrived and seems to have resolved the problem.
Results for last week :-
- 2lb. Diet was about the same as the previous week.
Exercise consisted upon doing the "weights", a few short walks, local bike errands, indoor biking and "light" gardening tasks.

-2.2 lbs loss this week
It's my final week of the gym challenge, and I have the week off from work, so hitting the gym as often as I can.
I'm currently on 5.5% body fat down, so as long as I hold it off (there have been a couple of weird results on the scales) I should be in with a win.
