As an aside, you could ask the receptionist/manager at the practice, to get the ticket cancelled, saying you just stopped to read the signs on the front door regarding opening times/specialist help numbers etc. You are registered there so that's a reasonable thing to be doing, and a reason to be in the car park.

That firm are known for issuing cards 'warning' that a PCN will follow. AFAIK this is a procedure only followed by them and by Excel & VCS. This is not as the POFA sets out, but the DVLA don't care and were persuaded by the IPC that these hybrid windscreen cards/notices ''don't count'' and are not Notice to Drivers.

At least one Judge has reportedly disagreed.
The website has issues and won't allow me to submit my appeal.......
    Either:

    1. Post 1st class, a dispute that doesn't imply who parked. Appeal as keeper.

    or

    2. Ignore them and deal with a scam/doomed court claim if they later try.

I expect they got your data via the dealer, and if so, because they didn't get the data from the ONLY route that allows 'keeper liability' (i.e. that route being the DVLA) as others have already said, they can't hold you liable unless you make a mistake and imply/admit to who was driving.

They are just another pointless, non-customer-service-orientated IPC firm:

Same advice as there, except yours is not a lease car. The advice to ignore them until a court claim arrives, stands.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

You still haven't taken the advice given in posts 2 and 10 about editing your initial post, and you haven't answered the important question from post 13.

The regulars here ask questions for specific reasons. It will help us to help you if you thoroughly check our responses and provide information accordingly.

Are you doing this on a phone? Phones have limitations when using this forum.

Best on PC or laptop or tablet.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Spelling errors tend to be a sign that it is from the scammers & their scammy pals. ZZPS appear to be debt collectors who work rather closely with some PPCs:
