eBay parcels all done and posted. I've got an ebayer who has not provided a complete address and hasn't replied to my emails about it. Looks like I might have to cancel that one as it went for more than expected and I'm not prepared to risk the money. Someone on DH's account has changed their mind  but at least they asked to cancel and didn't ignore it.
I'm pretty much up to date with surveys. Could do with a few more so I can cash out on a couple of sites.
I went for a health check this morning at the Drs. Surprisingly apart from my weight, I am very healthy! No issues with blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar etc :T :T My heart age is 39, which is a year younger than me. Considering I am morbidly obese, I was surprised and so was the nurse I think! Some of the questions are about mood, and I did mention my anxiety. She gave me some leaflets about self-referring to talking therapies and also told me to book an appointment with the doc if I need to. I will have to consider it, as it did impact a lot on the Christmas holidays. I've got to book a day off for physio this month so might see if I can get an appointment that day as at least I won't have the kids with me.
Today's list:- Surveys
- Check banks
- PAD
- Clean kitchen
- Dry washing
- Sort out charity donation
- Chase ebayer about address
- Walk at lunchtime

Don't you always find the amount of surveys slows down when you reach near payout
I have seen this mentioned by others
This evening I make my first Jwllesque list, finally
I think I will put on what I would like to do until Sunday
My lists are going to ve called Jwllesque if you have no objections
I read that you do eBay often throughout the year. How are February and March for sales, I just know when we move even with the big declutter, I am going to have tons to get rid of.
I am so pleased that you mentioned the anxiety at the surgery today. It's hard to live with. I saw a counsellor for four years and we are still in touch via email if I am in need. It was one of the best things I did for myself. I tried CBT via the NHS but to know effect.
I went private cost a bit but so worth it
I still suffer but so much less than I didEmergency fund £10,000
Several categories with savings in
Cars, house maintenance, birthdays
Etc I have about 10 categories
Really happy to be debt free after being a compulsive spender0 -

I had CBT with the NHS after my sister died after waiting six months and it was not much use . So after another six months on the waiting list I had counselling, but it was with a medical student not a proper counsellor and restricted to twelve weeks. It helped but only because I had someone to let out all my feelings to. The student didn't really know what to say to me, I was old enough to be his mother .
So if you can afford private I'm sure it would be better. Finally Debt Free After 34 Years, But Still Need to Live Frugally

Yes, I do find the surveys seem to slow down, especially the last one that will get you to cash out!
You are very welcome to name your lists after me I am honoured.
I find eBay fine throughout the year. I've always listed throughout. We've always have plenty of sales. I don't have a lot on at the moment, but DH does, and his stuff is still going well.
I find my anxiety cripples me physically, it all goes into my digestive system. It stops me doing a lot.HairyHandofDartmoor wrote: »I had CBT with the NHS after my sister died after waiting six months and it was not much use . The nurse gave me a leaflet for self referral to various CBT courses. I'd like to go to the anxiety one, but I assume they are Mon-Fri daytimes and I won't be able to. I think I'll make the appointment with the doc and see if I can find out when they are held."If you can dream it, you can do it". Walt Disney0 -
