    All night torrential rain & then sleet this morning - had a video chat with Sisters :)
    That Sister was being taken to the beach :eek: Nice to be able to hear her again - squeaky croaky voice but audible :T
    The hospital was very happy with her progress. It seems by this Friday she will start to heal as RT will have stopped 'cooking' her :D

    Well done, You have left me behind... I still have 12 lbs to go.

    I am hoping that I can maintain by 5 days on SW and weekends off (but with healthy sensible choices and Sarah making me walk!)
