You log into your next.co.uk account and if you are eligible for a VIP slot you will see it and be able to book it from there.

  • Hi
Anyone else noticed that a lot of the sale items in next sale are not always at least 50% off. The last sale i had to ring customer services and tell them which items were not 50% off and they adjusted my account....beware!!

Yesterday, I ordered 3 summer dresses in the sale.
2 were in stock, one said delivery in 3-4 weeks.
    Got my confirmation.
1 says delivery by 21st October, the other 2 say 4th November!
Good job I don't want them for an up-coming holiday!

In fairness to Next, I've checked availability this morning and 2 say 3-4 weeks and one says 5-6 weeks - which doesn't exactly tally with my order information.

And whilst I'm on a rant-roll - why are petite dresses more expensive than regular or tall?

    Ordered another dress Wednesday morning.
Confirmation said "your item should be ready for collection from 16th October".
Yesterday at 07:58, an update said my order was on its way to store and should be in store within 2 days.
Yesterday at 13:00, it's in store ready for collection! :j
