Have you come across this before?

I have no idea if this is legit but I am wary of anything that
1. Pops up on my screen when I didn't click anything
2. Giving away expensive items for free (that's not a competition)

I left my laptop for about 30 seconds and when I came back this was on my screen:

The only websites I had open were this forum, ebay and twitter and I didn't click anything.
Does anyone know anything about this?

    Don't know anything about it at all but I would be doing a full system scan & also a scan for malware..............

    Im sure he could sell you a website if you asked nicely.
    Although his other spammy post, an old 2015 and a 2017 one, may make you think twice.

    For a belt-and-braces approach I would recommend Kaspersky Internet Security or Bitdefender, both of which have, in my opinion, the best website adware spotters.

    Thanks all! I immediately did a virus scan. I use Avira which came back okay and Malware Bytes Adwcleaner which came back with 4 PUPs.
    I did a look around about eBay and found this has been going on for years! I don't know if it was my laptop or eBay but I'm a bit wary of using eBay now. I had three tabs open and the redirect was on the eBay tab.
    I've now downloaded the Google Chrome Windows Defender Browser Protection - thanks grumpycrab!
