    Hi all

    Iíve been successful in a ppi claims itís just over £2000 I accepted the sum and sent back the letter on 4th of September, said will be paid out in 28 days , the 28 days have came and gone so called them up to be told thereís a delay in payment canít give me a timescale ? Has anyone else had this problem

    As has been published a number of times recently, there was a deluge of late complaints which has pushed service levels back by many months. People are being warned that some won't be resolved well into next year.

    So, you just need to be patient.
