  • right i have changed my medication, so in a 2 weeks time i should notice a difference.

people say their average weight gain for christmas is 5 pounds, so i putting in my place my christmas plan, if i target myself month on month, i should feel these are achievable otherwise it does rather seem a hard slog having been losing weight now for 3 years.

  • Hello all
It's been a while since I've been on here mainly because I was really struggling to lose weight, again. But though I'd pop on here with some positive news and the hope we are all feeling more motivated now we are nearly out of the Jan blues.

I thin I undid a lot of my previous hard work at Christmas but have managed to lose a whole 7lbs since Christmas by cutting out bread rice pasta and potatoes and alcohol. I'm only 10lbs from my target now so feeling like I can make it there!

How is everyone else getting on?
