Perhaps they sent them to another customer. Anyone receive GTR's statements?

In an interesting twist, my girlfriend has just received a statement for a TSB Advantage Saver, complete with balances and transaction details for the last month. Unfortunately, the account isn't hers, and she knows nothing about it.

This wasn't accidentally enclosed with a correctly-addressed letter; the statement bears her full name and correct address, but it isn't her account.

    Has anyone else had this?

She's planning to pop into the branch tomorrow to find out what's amiss.

Now, more an avalanche, in duplicate and triplicate in some cases.

Nothing printed on the reverse, so useful as draft printing paper. :)

And the backs of the many, many envelopes as scribbling paper. :):)

    What a shambles.

Ohh so my statements I ordered could of gone to someone else??

Must be TSB are slowly starting to complete the requests for statements/send letters out etc.

Probably get them in a few weeks time (Few extra copies I don't need)

When I asked TSB They said no issue with statements must of lied

I've just received a postal statement and my accounts have always been paperless - this is the first ever. Did you still get the interest on your accounts? I've checked online and nothing has changed and still showing as everything paperless.

My husband has just received the same. He logs in every month to transfer the interest out. He is paperless and gets interest every month

A couple of weeks ago I got an email saying there was an important message in my in box. It was as statement from Oct 2017 to Aug 2018.

two days later another message with the same message. This was a statement for July2018 to Aug 2018.
