CPS Midlands Limited/ TNC Legal 14th Jun 19 at 1:26 PM
I am really sorry if I have not understood the Newbies thread properly but i feel like i cannot see what to do next?

I received a PCN from CPS Midlands Limited (i want to say 3 months ago) and ignored it expecting a NTK which never came. I then got a text a couple days ago from TNC Legal saying their collection department need to urgently speak to me.

The next day I received a letter I believe from TNC saying action required today "Outstanding Parking Charge Notice" and my appeal time has passed blah blah... (this isn't a NTK is it?)

The day after that I received another text from TNC saying they have noticed i have failed to contact them and they have advised CPS to progress through to the next stage of our recovery process.

My initial thought is to continue ignoring but i am a bit worried that I have miss understood something and how far this can go?

    thank you in advance

TNC are debt crawlers and can safely be ignored as explained in post 4 of the NEWBIES.

Block their number from your 'phone, and their email address as well.

CPS Midlands are an IPC outfit so appealing would have been a futile exercise.

Do not ignore a genuine Letter Before Claim if you ever get one. You will know it's genuine as it will give 30 days to respond and contain financial information forms. Do not ignore a claim form if you ever get one.

If you get either then come back for further advice.

The scammers have six years to start a claim. You could send them an SAR as per the NEWBIES to see if you can flush out an NTK in case they later allege they sent one.
