Old IVA help

Hi All,
Hopefully someone on here may be able to advise me what to do about the following.
I went through a full and final IVA in 2007 with Clear Start UK Ltd. I moved shortly after and have never received a completion certificate. Stupidly, I thought that as it was a full and final IVA that that was that and all I had to do was wait out my 6 years and all would be well in the world. I've recently discovered that I'm still listed as an active IVA on the Insolvency Register and Clear Start UK no longer exist.
Does anyone know how I can go about getting this closed/resolved please?

From what I can see Clear Start was purchased by Debt Free Direct, and its IVA book was later purchased by Aperture.0
