Mince : I made burgers with my mince with cheese in the middle, although any filling may work.

Or meatballs, I whizz up some chorizo, mix with beef mince and a handful of stuffing mix and make a spanish tomato sauce to go with them ( or use the Spanish chicken sauce from lidl)

Tonight we had seabass, baby potatoes and salad.

I ended up doing an unplanned whole day in the shop yesterday so when I finally got home I was shattered and did a 'stuff from the freezer' chuck it in the oven supper for us. Today we shall have the gammon steaks and I shall make another crumble as we finished off the blueberry one last night.

Pasta for me tonight- there was a portion in the freezer and also a small amount of LO filled pasta in the fridge so I'll have those and use them up.

OH is having Spanish vegan whirls and mash / beans I think.

Just checked the grocery budget and still have £120 for the rest of the month until pay day so things going ok - trying to use stuff up atm and only buy essentials.
