    Yep, their blog is not for the easily offended but some of their recipies are great, honey and heat noodles I could eat everyday :o

    I had an unexpected cancellation at work today, so took hubby work, came home cooked a syn free brekkie, cleaned all the windows inside and out (body magic :D)
    Lunch i had 2 peaches, banana and satsuma
    Tea i had fajita with ww wrap (hexb) and salad, will be making mint chop chip ice cream later (2 syns) having with salad

    I continue to wake up at 5 am despite no longer working in the job.... I now turn over and go back to sleep, and don't leave now until 7 (or later).... bliss
