Tonight for dinner...

We're having: Home made chicken soup from the carcass of the roast chicken we had yesterday. The left over meat will be plonked in too :). I will be putting the bread maker on soon as I get home and I will be making home made danish Melboller. Best described as mini dumplings made from Butter (or the fat from the soup if you have it), egg, flour and cooked in salted water till they rise to the surface and then added to the soup a few minutes before serving :)

Anyone wants the recipe I'll be happy to translate the exact amounts and method :)

Steamed veg and left over beef from sunday with lashings of gravy.

Might see if I have enough milk and make a rice pudding.

Tuna spaghetti casserole here except we are out of spaghetti so it will have to be made with pasta shapes! served with salad and followed by yesterdays left over trifle and some hm choc breadcrumb cookies from the tightwad gazette book.
