    Hi again
I have received the letter that my appeal was unsuccessful with POPLA number.
What should be my next steps?
What should I send to POPLA? same letter as to Parking Eye?
    Thanks in advance.

Definitely do not send the same appeal to PoPLA.

Re-read the first two lines of post #18 for the way forward.

Show us your draft POPLA appeal like everyone else does, and NOT written in your own words. That's why the NEWBIES thread is there. Templates for POPLA in the third post of the sticky thread.

And you can search the forum (easy, takes seconds) for POPLA ParkingEye signs dark and find several example POPLA appeals that people already wrote recently. Copy & adapt.

Is not wanting £10 to park for 2 hours and 20 minutes in an MSA excessive? Can one not cite this as an unreasonable term in a consumer contract?

Wrong interpretation of the t&c, Deep. And you know it!

It is not £10 for 2 hours 10 minutes - it is £10 for over 2 hours. As I have advised already in this thread, OP needs evidence signs are not up to scratch.

There is so much data, I am afraid that I will not be able to do it myself because of my English.
Also I do not have anything to use: POFA is on the back on the letter.
Signs are on the car park but who can expect that it applies at night when car park is empty.
This is only 2 things I can put on my appeal.

Could anyone help me to put that together as an appeal?
Do you know Parking Cowboys? perhaps I should use their service?

Well me and most regulars on here for a start. Unless a sign says charges exclude certain periods, then it applies 24/7.

Pointless argument or appeal point I am afraid.
