hi i am currently in the middle of an ongoing dispute with paypal & a DCA working on their behalf alleging debt due to someone setting up a fraudulent pp account in my name wiht my details. Paypal aren't playing ball at all & have been extremely hard to 1 get an actual human to talk to, spending copious amounts of time on hold & them refusing to disclose any details re the alleged debt due to data protection.
The fraud has been reported to police & action fraud however in terms of the actual debt/dca they advise that is a civil matter & to contact the financial ombudsman.
I see the online for lets you upload supporting documents. Should i go ahead & upload all supporting evidence at this stage during the initial completion of the form or should I fill in all the details & let them review then just submit what they later they request.
