Depending on how fast you walk 10 mins max to any of those connected to T4 with suitcase( it’s a bit draughty on that walkway so you’ll not want to hang around ). Can’t remember if I saw trolleys for use or not . I usually use Premier Inn at T4 when I fly from Heathrow and need an over night stay. Answering your original question - haven’t used Travelodge for years but will happily use Premier Inn

    Ditto.

I've used the Premier Inn at T4 four times and earlier today booked it for a fifth.

Very convenient-a 10 minute walk to T4, under cover, and trolleys are available. I'm a slow walker so it takes me longer. Other terminals can be reached by free train. If it's a long haul flight the walk is good.

I never look anywhere else nowadays.

Off topic but what are those Pod type things you can see moving overhead along a concrete bridge into T - 5?
It's your money. Except if it's the governments.

They link the "business" car park with T5. You can also use it if you stop in the Thistle Hotel.

Yotel inside T4 (landside) would be the closest. Standard cabins are fine for 1 night if travelling alone, the premium cabins are more comfortable for a couple.

Everything will be alright in the end so, if it’s not yet alright, it means it’s not yet the end

If you are flying from Terminal 4 use the Premier Inn. You can walk to the terminal from the hotel in two or three minutes.

stay at the Central one you are within walking distance to food outlets cheaper than eating at hotel

    Cons

You need to get the hotel hoppa to access
Stay at T5 one you are stuck there if you want to go out for food

    Premier inn

    Pros

    Easy access from T4
can go back to T4 for cheaper food options

    Cons

    Generally more expensive ( I pay £40-£50 )
    limited & expensive food options
