I've downloaded the template but quite frankly I've not got time at the moment to even think about these.

Hope it helps some of you make your own :D

Thanks Shegrinch for the suggestions for the lollipops - I love the snowman sucker covers!! I spent ages googling last night so these links are smashing!

Well, I have run out of hand-sewing to do in front of TV so am on the laptop instead (I should really be in front of the sewing machine but am watching Turn Back Time: The High St!). I was hoping that my hubby was going out tomorrow night with the lads but it has been cancelled - which is a drag as I had the whole evening planned out to cut out my elf stockings!!! ;)

I have already prewarned him that this weekend is cancelled as it is dedicated to my Christmas crafting!

I spent an absolute fortune last night on ribbon, card, satin ribbons, flannels and eventually bought some gold and silver paper cups from ebay to cut down for the cupcakes. MrsCrafty - your suggestion is fantastic but sadly arrived too late.
:D Thanks to MSE, I am mortgage free!:D
  • I'm uber excited- I am going crafty shopping tomorrow! Need to get making before my fairs coming up (and need to make some money as my darling dog went rather crazy tonight and has scratched a hole in the carpet at the front door as she was scared of fireworks this past few days and hasnt been herself - need a new bloody carpet now!)

There is a huge wholesalers near me and they have all their christmas stock in now - hoping to get some bargains! The wholesalers is where all the £1 shops pick up their stock so it is all priced about 40% cheaper than the £1 shops so even bigger bargains! They also have lots of coloured card and from time to time have items suck as card bags or prefolded cards etc - it is a case of buy when you see it cos they very rarely get the same lines in again!
I miss using my infinite coupons at Tesco!
2010 was the worst year ever :(
But 2011 so far has been a lot of fun! :j

ty :o that has taken me all day to make, more to do with the cream card being quite thick so was harder to bend into shape than the red, i'm going to make another 2 and take them to the craft fair i'm doing at the end of the month and see if I get any interest.

Was considering putting a candle in the middle but am a bit concerned by the thought of someone having the crazy idea of lighting it with all those paper flowers underneath

wondered if I cut the wick off, would that work :undecided
