I have a credit card that currently has an amount which I moved to a 0% balance transfer deal in the meantime a previous 0% rate on the same card has come to an end therefore I am left with half on 0% half on full rate. I want to move the half the amount to another 0% card however what half will move? can I specify I want to move the half currently on full rate?
