IPhone se memory

Hi,
I have a iPhone se 16gb which I have had for over 3 years.
The problem I have nearly everyday is that the memory is nearly always full.
I have deleted old messages and removed old photos etc.
Is there anyway to clean the memory up ?
As it’s doing my head in at the moment.

16GB is insufficient in a modern phone. Delete any apps you are not using

I have deleted most of the apps I don’t use.
Yeah I agree 16gb isn’t much use now.

How to clear cache on iPhone & iPad
Open Settings.
Swipe down and tap Safari.
Swipe down again and tap Clear History and Website Data, tap it once again to confirm

If you go into settings, general, iPhone storage it will show you with colours what is using memory.

Also, go through your messages, and delete any you don't want. That can take up a lot of storage.
