SPAM SOFTWARE STOPPING TIP: Unfortunately as the site e-mail is all about money products spam filters mistakenly block it. If you’re going to install anti-spam software it’s worth making sure you specifically give permission for moneysavingexpert.com emails. Also, if anyone you know is wondering why the tip isn’t arriving anymore please suggest they check this.

Unfortunately I get your e-mails at work so I don't have the option of letting your e-mails straight through nor the ability to flag it for learning.

I use Mozilla Thunderbird email program (free). It has a built-in junk email filter. You tell it which message is/isn't junk, and it learns. It works very well.
Easy to use, and set-up, as it will import all your settings from Outlook, Outlook Express etc.
