    You should have still been rewarded as it is a genuine referral. I referred my parents a year ago and my partner just recently but only my parents account (from a year ago) has just shown as pending in my cashback account. I have submitted a support ticket regarding my partners account and they claiming it is a duplicate account even though they are different names and different bank account, impossible. I have replied back so waiting a response, will send in I.D if I have to but shouldn't need to. I just don't like the fact they are accusing me of having duplicate accounts, it just seems an excuse for them not to pay out so false adverting the referral bonus. I have only referred two people in 2+ year I have used TCB.

    Thanks, I have just queried it with them. I've only ever referred 3 people. I could understand them saying it was a duplicate account if we were both using the same receipt for snap and save, but he's not doing any snap and save.

    We've always had mccains yellow bag chips an enjoyed them. The last 2-3 bags have definitely had a different taste, to their detriment.

    They seem to come out harder in texture than they used to.

    My partner has not done any snap and save either nor has he purchased anything from any online retailer that I have and I have purchased from a lot of online merchants yet they are saying there are 'similarities' but I don't know what as we have different names and bank accounts and have not purhased from the same shop.

    Your son can still do the snap and save offers, or you can on his behalf to claim offers twice as you are individual people so are entitled to claim each offer on each account :)

    All the snap and save offers (including those added today) end this Sunday 03rd March so even more new offers should be added Monday :D
