    Lost a meagre 1.5lbs last week (not towards any challenge). I wonder if I can manage 16lbs for the challenge, to take me under 13st?

    New job today, the lady I sit next to is a SW-er and recommended the chicken and chorizo rice dish, so I'll look that up!

    Plan for tomorrow:
    B - Weetabix (1syn sugar)
    D - Pesto (2) pasta with bacon, onion, mushrooms and cherry toms
    T - Fishspiration (1) with sweet potato wedges and some veg from freezer (not sure what yet!)
    Snacks - Banana, raw carrot
    HEA - Milk
    HEB - Weetabix
    Syns - 4 as above, plus 3 sugar in hot drinks.

    Right, I'm going to watch Corrie then have an early night, doing nothing much on a first day in an office is exhausting!!
