Land registry et al

Hi all
It’s been a while since I posted in this board and at the time of BR I was fairly well versed in most matters.
At time of BR house was in negative equity which didn’t improve post bankruptcy so OR wrote to me stating they no longer had an interest in the property.
I’ve just checked on the land registry and the bankruptcy restriction is still showing, should this have been removed or is this something I either need to deal with or not worry about?
Thanks in advance

"Unless cancelled by the registrar (see Removal of bankruptcy entries (bankruptcy notices and restrictions), a bankruptcy notice remains in force until a bankruptcy restriction is registered, or the trustee in bankruptcy (section 86(3) of the Land Registration Act 2002) or a purchaser from the trustee in bankruptcy is registered." https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/personal-insolvency/practice-guide-34-personal-insolvency

I'd look into getting the notice removed. Without knowing too much about your circumstances, if your record is now clear, there should be no reason why the notice is still against the deeds.0
