  • Just received a renewal quote for my MGB with a sneaky new endorsement- not mentioned in the covering letter. They now require a Thatcham level 2 anti theft device. I have an immobiliser which uses a !!!8216;key!!!8217; type device, but I don!!!8217;t think this qualifies. Anyone else come across this?

  • Adrian Flux Classic Car Insurance - Advised I changed address, provided my payment details and then Adrian Flux simply cancelled my policy as I hadn't paid £77.03. I simply missed the letters about this charge (wrongly assuming they were simply confirming my phone call with them changing address). If Adrian Flux Insurance hadn't failed in their admin and had taken the payment when they called and took my bank details, this wouldn't have happened! End result is I've lost 1/3 of my annual paid in full policy and I'm still being charged £77.03. Outrageous untrustworthy company in my experience.
