PIP sorted 9th Aug 19 at 2:40 PM
Awarded PIP today standard care enhanced mobility till 2022, whole process took 8 weeks .

On DLA originally 20 years ago I was on mid care high; mobility, but for the last 17 years mid care; low mobility.

Have to say that the assessors report was fair and mostly accurate and was obviously accepted by the DWP DM.

Glad that you have what sounds to be a fair award, and in quite a quick time too. Thanks for the update.

    Good news.

That is great news and will be a relief to some people to see that the assessment process can be fair. Thanks for updating us with your news.
The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always check official information sources before relying on my posts.

    ^^^^^^^

Agreed. It is not what a lot of people want to read, or at minimum to accept, however it is obviously a fact amongst all the negativity that is usually the norm.

If it was a new PIP claim then it's backdated to the date you rang to start your claim. Once a decision's been made it take 3-5 working days for money to go into your bank.
