Refund for office address service

in Consumer rights
We bought an office address service with 1st choice formations.
Now we changed our mind after 1 day and emailed them for refund. They say they don't give refunds.

Is this allowed? Where can I go to escalate this complaint?

    Answering this myself from their website:
    10.6 Address Service fees are payable yearly in advance. No refunds are provided if you decide to terminate the address service during the 12 months period for which you have paid.
    So no, you don't have the right to get a refund if you cancel early. You don't have any consumer rights for business contracts.

    Thanks, this is our first time buying something business related and forgot about consumer rights only apply to non-business customer people.

    Even if consumer rights did apply, that doesn't mean you have the ability to cancel contracts whenever you want.

    Except for the cooling off period the OP was hoping to use, that right consumers have, you know about that right, yes?

    I assume that you mean the right consumers might have to cancel the contract depending on what information was provided and when the provision of the service began.
    The consumer's right of cancellation doesn't automatically apply to all contracts.
