  • You do know you are going to have to "work hard" now to get back in good books - eg chicken for dinner.:)

Actually, she's become a lot more tolerant recently.

I can even walk up to her and pick her up, in the street, now.

When the knife attacks round Westminster happened I was thanking my lucky stars that none of my dds were anywhere near. A day or two later another dd let slip that middle dd had been just round the corner about half an hour earlier!

None of my dds live anywhere near London as they are all round York, Leeds, Manchester etc but a couple of them sometimes need to go to London or that area.

No snow here but ground was covered with frost this morning.

DD has a cat that is a very picky eater but "hates" chicken which is quite unusual but will eat cat food that has turkey, duck etc happily.

I don't have a hairdryer (I have no use for one), but I might try one on her, when I've grown tired of having skin on my arms. :)

Buggalugs will eat pretty much anything, including Quorn, which she absolutely loves.

DD's cat was visiting and I had a pork rib on my plate when suddenly she jumped on it and tried to grab it

I am convinced she thinks she is a people and if she ever manages to get opposable thumbs we are all toast!

  • Picked up this neat little LED pocket lamp, from my local Tesco Petrol Station.

    2rrvs5l.jpg

    Dimensions are:-

    Length - 6.5"

    Width - 1.25"

    Thickness - .625"

    Weight (with batteries) - 2.55oz

Having a pocket clip, it struck me as an ideal EDC.

  • Evening all. Late thanks to Tori.K for the advice on the rhubarb - finally got it moved this weekend with plenty of manure so will keep fingers crossed for the spring.
BB, that is one seriously unimpressed cat :rotfl:
