Scammed For flights? ... what to do?

Options
2 weeks ago my father bought flights to austrailia with his debit card from a site called frequentraveller.co.uk
He had a phone conversation with them and then emailed and asked for payment through razorpay
He told me a few days ago he hasent reviced confirmation, or any flight details since and cant get hold of them.
It looks like a scam to me!!!
I told him to call his bank and they said wait until 14 days to look into it and I emailed razorpay to look in to the payment... is there anything else I can do, has he lost his monie?

Looking at their website and privacy policy, it doesn't say who you are contracting with. I believe this is illegal.

There is no company listed as 'frequent traveller' at companies house. ie. there is no company called frequent traveller ltd.

That address is just a virtual office. https://yourvirtualofficelondon.co.uk/london-mail-address-business-services/mail-forwarding-london/

What @marlot says - there is a company called FREQUENT TRAVEL SERVICES LIMITED based at the same virtual office but we have no idea if that is the same company.

No accounts yet so even if you can persuade a court that this is the company your father did business with there will no doubt be nothing to satisfy a CCJ.

Razorpay's buyer protection doesn't fill me with confidence

hopefully he gets this sorted...there are many dubious ticket floggers about
he should learn to stay safe online by researching any company before giving them money. Look to book flights directly with the airline for the safest approach
