Morning all,
Yesterday I had leftover spaghetti bolognese from a humongous stash that I batch cooked ages ago. Today I have brought leftover pasta with tomato sauce. Currently on 2/18Bank Loan 8839/3761.16 Barclaycard4500/£1949.33 Overdraft 2000 /0

Found a tin of mackerel in spicy tomato sauce lurking in the cupboard so having that on brown bread toast today.
On a mission this weekend to clear out the house from clutter and the fridge/freezer/cupboards are no exception! Everything, and I mean everything, is going to be used or included in meals before the next big shop. Will make a small shopping list of things needed to make full meals out of what we've got. Everything I cook going forwards will be big enough for 4 portions. Dinners and lunches sorted! You can have results or excuses, but not both.Challenge - be 14 Stone BY XMAS!

Day 2/20 for me complete.
DS2 had a strop last night and didn't like his dinner. So cold white fish and salmon pasta with veg for me. Couldn't let a good meal go to waste.
The planned soup will be frozen and kept for another day. Although I may look at putting it in a thermos next time as I stunk the office outOnwards and upwards with the occasional kick up the butt required!

Would this count since I'm home?
If you were working from home, I don't see why not? Would you like me to add it?0 -
Afternoon and Happy Friday,
Already some interesting lunches going on
Mine was a jacket potato with cheese and coleslaw today, so I'm off the starting line.
List has been updated on the first page, please let me know if I have made any errors or missed anyone off.
Have a great weekend.

Soup again today, I did make a big pot
Going to get my thinking hat on for ideas for next week. I'm not a big eater and usually do with a sandwich or a bit of toast. Only it's very cold ATM so feel hungry at lunch and I'm trying to resist the biscuits0
