    This is my reply

Thank you for your Final Reminder Dated 22/01/18

Do not send debt collector letters and do not add any costs, which would be a thinly-veiled attempt at 'double recovery'. I will not respond to debt collectors and to involve a third party would be a failure to mitigate your costs as well as deliberate and knowing misuse of my data.
As this will add to my distress,

Should you obtain the registered keeper's data from the DVLA without reasonable cause (e.g. if you do not fully comply with the IPC Code of Practice in terms of signage at this site, as seems likely based on my research) please take this as formal notice that I reserve the right to sue your company and the landowner/principal, for a sum not less than £250 for any Data Protection Act breach. Your aggressive business practice and unwarranted threat of court for the ordinary matter of a driver using my car without causing any neither obstruction nor offence, has caused significant distress to me. I do not give you consent to process data relating to me or this vehicle.

As already communicated to you, I suffer from Mental illness, which you are adding to my stress and anxiety, If you going along the court route, Please can you do this ASAP, to stop any undue Stress.

I give you 28 day from the 24th January 2018, To

Cancel pursuing me for whatever reason you think you have to harass me

To ether send me a VAT invoice explaining what you say I own you and why

    Start Court action

If I do not receive one of the above in written commutation, then I will take it you have no more to say.

You are scared by that, a begging letter from a denture deficient debt collector, better avoid watching Telly Tubbies.

Do get a grip, this is a scam, in most residential parking cases which get to court the PPCs crash and burn.r

I was hoping it would be read as a joke LOL
Telly Tubbies and this lot have more in common than you think

Mark. if that's your real name in your letter
back to the nutters ...... do delete it

You are now half way through the Gladstones
    mega scam.

Do not expect these nutters to take any notice
of your letter ..... vermin cannot read.

Next half will consist of baboon style debt
collector letters which you could sell on to
Tesco's or the like as Recycled bog paper.

Then PCM will have a word in Gladstones
shell like ear and ... hey presto the great
    Gladstones scam is complete

That's when the professionals/solicitors on here
will help you to get Gladstones zapped in
    court yet again

I have checked and it’s definitely something that DCLG are looking to sort out at the moment. They have responsibility for parking rules – and the regulation of operators. They are working on suitable plans.

    Best wishes

    Rt Hon Chris Grayling MP
    MP for Epsom and Ewell
    Secretary of State for Transport

Chris Grayling does not have a clue ?? SO SAD

It's over a year now that Marcus Jones MP of
the DCLG promised he would be doing
something. Marcus Jones turned out to be a
    complete timewaster and remains so

This is a government fob off and frankly
Chris Grayling should know better as he
has put his credibility on the line

In the greater scheme of things this is very small beer Beamish.

The NHS is underfunded, the police are underfunded, ambulance queuing to unload the halt and the lame, Local Authorities are underfunded, Wales is underfunded, the armed forces are underfunded, The Red Army is knocking at the door, Brussels is being beasty, a nlooney socialist and his commie mate are likely to hold the reins of government in the foreseeable future. cr Immigration at Calais needs to be beefed up, the seas are full of Tesco shopping bags, old people are demanding knee and hip operations, train fares are amongst the highest in the world, roads are overcrowded, the country is Friar Tucked, what do a few parking tickets matter?
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

    Ok I have a plan,
when I get the debt collector letters, I send them to PCM without a stamp, so it costs them

sending you a scam through your letterbox.

Just been reading through this sorry state of affairs.
Have you been able to get hold of the lease agreement form the land lord?
If all is clear and you have the un fettered right to park then you should also be going against the mangetout company/whatever entity took on PCM as they will be jointly liable for the actions of their agents.

If all is good, then you should inform all parties, both PCM and the building mangetout company who hired them to cease and desist immediately, as well as to stop processing your personal data
