Replacement for FitBit

I had a FitBit Charge 2 which was fine but when I upgraded to a Charge 3, after a few months of wear I got a horrible itchy rash and contacted FitBit with a few photos etc. who agreed to refund me. I'm not wanting to go back to the Charge 2 because of the lack of swim tracking; just wondering if anyone has any recommendations to alternatives?

Thanks!

You don’t give a budget but a friend got a Garmin Vivoactive 3 recently and she loves it. Cost around £140.
  • The Garmin Vivosmart 3 is a decent tracker. I moved to this from the Charge 2 as the strap kept breaking on my fitbit.

It has all the features of the fitbit (minus GPS) but also includes stress data. The Garmin app contains the same social aspects as Fitbit with weekly step challenges and your step goal changes daily depending on how active you have been.

    Hope this helps
  • Garmin Vivoactive 3 has loads of kit compared to the Fitbit. The Vivoactive 4 has also just been released, it’s about £100 more than the 3 but has some updates.
